Our firm has extensive experience handling all types of DWI cases. It is essential that you have an attorney who knows how to properly investigate, analyze, and defend a DWI charge. As a former Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, I helped put together a DWI training seminar for prosecutors and police. This gives me the advantage of knowing exactly how the prosecutor will handle your case. Additionally, I have received extensive training specific to DWI cases, including: training about the flaws in the two different types of breath machines currently in use in Arkansas, the problems with the field sobriety tests used by the police, and other weaknesses in the State’s cases involving DWI arrests.
If you retain our services, we immediately get to work by investigating your case and gathering all of the evidence the State has against you. After analyzing this evidence, we meet with you to develop a plan to attack your charges. We will aggressively fight to get the best result possible for you.
The breath machine is not perfect, it CAN be beat.
Officers often incorrectly administer the field sobriety tests, making them invalid.
