Chad M. Green-Partner
Chad graduated from the University of Arkansas and earned his Juris Doctoris degree from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, where he was on the dean's list. He is licensed in both state and federal court. Chad has extensive trial experience and previously served as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney. Chad was recently selected as one of the Super Lawyers Mid-South Rising Stars for 2010. Only 5% of attorneys are selected for this honor.  

Chad handles a variety of cases, but concentrates on: Criminal Defense, Personal Injury, Automobile Accidents, Divorce, Family Law, Appeals, and Civil Litigation. Chad is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association, Pulaski County Bar Association, Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association, Arkansas Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and American Mensa.

 Joshua D. Gillispie-Associate Attorney
Joshua holds a Bachelors of Arts in English from Hendrix College, as well as a Masters of Arts in English from the University of Central Arkansas. Joshua attended law school at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, where he graduated with Honors.

 
Joshua deals with all types of cases for the firm, but his areas of concentration are personal injury, estate planning, products liability, medical malpractice, civil rights, and criminal defense.   Josh is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association and the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association.  

Heather Vela-Paralegal

Heather graduated from the Center for Advanced Legal Studies with a cumulative 3.8 grade point average, earning her Associate of Applied Science degree in Paralegal Studies.

Prior to joining the firm, Heather worked in state government as well as technical and customer support roles, where she had the opportunity to interact and communicate with a broad range of individuals, from government officials and constituents to the hard-working citizens of our state. As a result, in addition to her role as paralegal, Heather brings with her a high level of customer service and compassion towards our diverse group of clients.
